What Makes a Business Feel Great to You?
I think a lot about what makes a business feel great.
When you go from running a good business to a great one, you can feel the difference. It's often hard to point to what makes it, though.
It's usually not a single thing, but instead a lot of small things that add up.
In a market where business advice has never been more available, having more information isn't the advantage it used to be. When generic frameworks are everywhere, what separates businesses that feel great from those that don't is whether someone is paying close attention to the specific things quietly compounding in yours.
Finding yours is the work.
I love working closely with business owners and sharing what 15 years of this work has taught me. Over 1000 businesses across every industry: trades, manufacturing, health, professional services, retail, agtech, and more.
This is one-on-one work. Not a programme. Me, thinking hard about your specific business.
Nice to meet you, I'm Mandy.
I'm an engineer by training, an MBA by study, and a business coach by 15 years of choice. Before this I managed operations inside manufacturing plants, resource companies, and processing facilities. I've been inside the machine.
I care deeply about this work and I like to make a real difference through it. I notice the small things most coaches walk past, and I often spend an unreasonable amount of time on the ones that matter most.
